Studio Pollina BONBON Giveaway // Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser
The giveaway is organised by Studio Pollina, Aleksandra Kozlowska, Pappelallee 10, 10437 Berlin, Germany, hello@studiopollina.com (“Organiser”).

2. Period
The giveaway runs

 to 18 October 2026, 23:59 (CET). Entries received after this time will not be considered.

3. Prizes
Two (2) ARTERA BONBON Table Lamps, size S, are available: one in Lime and one in Orange, each with a value of €180. One winner will be drawn. The winner and the friend tagged in their entry each receive one lamp; the winner chooses the colour first. The prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred or paid out in cash.

4. Eligibility
Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 or over with a residential address in Germany. This applies to both the participant and the tagged friend. Employees of the Organiser and their family members are excluded.

5. How to enter
To take part, participants must, within the giveaway period:
a) follow the Instagram account @studio.pollina,
b) sign up for the Studio Pollina newsletter via the form on studiopollina.com, including their Instagram username, and confirm their subscription via the confirmation email (double opt-in),
c) like the giveaway post on Instagram,
d) tag one friend in a comment under the giveaway post with whom they would share the prize.

The tagged friend must also follow @studio.pollina and sign up for the newsletter (including their Instagram username, with double opt-in) by the end of the giveaway period. An entry is only valid if both the participant and the tagged friend meet all conditions. Each person may submit one entry. Tagged friends may also enter themselves.

6. Newsletter
Subscribing to the newsletter is a condition of participation for both the participant and the tagged friend. By subscribing, they agree to receive our newsletter with design stories, news and offers. Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email. Unsubscribing after the winner has been drawn does not affect the prize.

7. Winner
One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on 19 October 2026 and announced on 20 October 2026 in our Instagram stories. The winner and the tagged friend will be notified via Instagram direct message and email. If either does not respond within 7 days of notification, or if the entry turns out to be invalid, a new winner will be drawn.

8. Delivery
The prizes will be shipped free of charge to one address per person in Germany. As the lamps are made to order, delivery is expected within approximately 3–4 weeks after the winners have provided their address.

9. Exclusion
The Organiser reserves the right to exclude participants who breach these terms, provide false information or use automated or fraudulent means to enter.

10. Early termination
The Organiser may end or modify the giveaway early for good reason, e.g. if it cannot be carried out properly for technical or legal reasons.

11. Data protection
Personal data (name, email address, Instagram username, and in the case of the winner and the tagged friend, postal address) will be processed solely for the purpose of running the giveaway and, where consent has been given, for sending the newsletter. 12. Instagram
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. Participants release Instagram/Meta from any liability in connection with the giveaway.

13. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. There is no legal recourse regarding the selection of the winner.
