Its roots go back to the Thonet-Mundus brand, an international pioneer that revolutionised design in the early 20th century by introducing light, elegant, and affordable bentwood furniture.

The Classic H-1840 model is a bar stool inspired by Thonet’s most iconic chair. It preserves its harmonious form and light construction, bringing classic aesthetics into bar and kitchen interiors.

Crafted from beechwood bent under steam and pressure, it combines simplicity with artisanal precision. The wooden seat and backrest ensure durability, while the comfortable footrest enhances everyday comfort.

A seat height of 780 mm makes the stool a perfect match for standard bar counters and high kitchen islands, introducing elegance and the characteristic lightness of classic bentwood furniture into interior spaces.
